Called to make an appointment after having a referral. After repeating my name a few times, the lady put the phone down not knowing she didn’t mute the call. A gentleman in the background asked her what insurance I have, she tells him and he proceeds to say “schedule him two months out”.

They Need a better Administrative team it’s extremely hard to make and change appointments, they never answer the phone there! But Other than that the actual dentist and Hygienist are great!
