The people are friendly and the doctor seems to know his stuff, but they have no respect for your time. The first time I went with my 17 year old, I had an appt on Saturday. I filled out all the paperwork and even talked with someone there before we went to be sure they took his insurance, so they knew he was 17. Nonetheless, when we got there, they couldn't take him because they only take up to 13 year olds on Saturdays. The woman at the front desk was lovely and went to ask her manager if they could take my son, since it was their fault that we made an unnecessary trip, and the manager said no. Then we went the following Monday and it took 2 1/2 hours (we waited 2 hours to be seen and he was with the hygienist and dentist for another 30). Total lack of respect for their customers' time!

The worst service EVER. They don’t ever answer the phone and all they worry about is taken your money. This was a big mistake bringing my son here for service if I was YOU don’t waste your time or money with theme

Courteous, compassionate and professional reception area staff. Friendly, expert, very competent and caring medical staff and dentists/doctors. Wait time was not unusual compared to other medical/dental offices. Convenient location. I recommend this dental practice. I will definitely comeback.

My daughter had an appointment scheduled for 9:15. We arrived at 8:45 to have paperwork completed and be on time. We completed all paperwork by 9 a.m and have been here for an hour and have not been seen or communicated with. I go ask how many people are in front of my daughter and she tells me 3. I asked how is that when we came in 30 mins before our appointment? She tells me because they had to wait on the doctor? Why schedule an appointment and the doctor is not here? Why not communicate things about the doctor running late? The inconsideration of other people time is wrong! The bathroom also smells like piss. There is no soap to wash your hands and no sanitizer in the bathroom either. I have been coming here for years with my children and I have watched this place go down hill and is getting even worse! Do not bring your child here! The service is terrible and the have no consideration for other time!

I went here today at December 11th, 2024. My mother had a horrible experience with this one dentist named 'Shakyla Pierce' who was doing my little brother's teeth cleaning, not only was she unprofessional but rough with my brother to the point his gums started to bleed. My mother issued a complaint but as she did so, Shakyla went on to constantly ask my mother "what was the issue". Then an argument started between my mother and Shakyla, Shakyla went on so unprofessionally to ASK my mother what career does she have. This is really disrespectful and UNPROFESSIONAL to do as a dentist, the fact that Shakyla went on to GOSSIP about the issue to other patients and co-workers. You are in a CHILDREN'S Dentistry, You are suppose to be GENTLE and at least tell the parents that their child is going to be uncomfortable with the treatment they are about to get. If you can't do your job correctly, I suggest not even thinking about having a career about being dentist at all. The manager barely did anything to help with the situation as well, These people do not take accountability for their actions and they're incredibly immature when it comes to parents having issues. I'm honestly disappointed, Not only did Shakyla did horribly with my brother's teeth but also my little sister. Some Advice, Hire people who are going to actually do their job and not act like how Shakyla acted or the other staffs like the Manager. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.
