Dr. Parks is fantastic! I have never had a dentist to be so gentle with me. I was in so much pain and needed a root canal. She made effort to ease my concerns and came up with a treatment plan quickly. I will definitely go back in the future and recommend her practice to others.

The best dentist office on the east coast! I’ve been to a few dentist and absolutely nothing or anywhere can provide the level of respect, customer service and accommodation this office has. From the moment you walk into the door until you leave, you’re treated and taken care of as if you’re VIP. On top of the customer service, they have parking!

Overall my experience has been pretty decent; however, my most recent visit with them will be my last. I had a routine cleaning the visit before and had to reschedule a couple days before the actual 6 month date from my last appt. The receptionist informed me that they would handle it and that it shouldn't be a problem. I come back for my next appointment 6 months later and find out that i have $100+ (can't remember the exact amount) tab on my account because the billing person did not handle it like they said they would. They asked me to pay over $100, but I refused and so they lowered it to like $99 when I should have paid nothing. All because they messed up, smh.
