Sharifa Cummins5 StarI had a wonderful experience at Neibauer Dental! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. There was virtually no wait time, no more than five minutes, which I really appreciated. The dentist was gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend them!”Monday 7th October 2024
Robertson Allen2 StarThe way this place is run is an absolute mess. I have been a patient for half a year but their lack of responses to my calls has convinced me to go back to my old dentist now 75 minutes away. It has been that bad.
1) The front desk never returns your calls. I called them three times over the course of two weeks, after a crown they put in cracked and broke in half. The crown lasted only two months and needed replacing. They never answered the calls I made or replied to my messages. It has been weeks now and still nothing. I also asked them five times over the course of six months—both in person and by phone/phone message— for a referral to an oral surgeon and never got one, even after I was promised this.
2) On first visit they like to put together a “plan” for your dental care. Great. But when it comes time for scheduling your plan, all responsibilities for timing are placed on the patient—there is a lack of communication with the front desk regarding what your plan is and as I wrote earlier the front desk doesn’t really do anything anyways. If one needs a new retainer, new crown, tooth implant, and a regular cleaning, as I did, there is no help scheduling the proper order of these. I had to do it myself and hoped it was an order that made sense.
3) Dentist turnover seems high. It feels like a location dentists come to early in their career, then move on. Both dentists I saw over the past 6 months are gone now. Not great for continuity or personalization in your medical care.
Addition: I think it is quite ironic that the follow up comment tells me to call the same number that I have previously called multiple times to no success, even after leaving multiple voice mails over the past 6 months.Monday 26th August 2024
India Hudson1 StarThe dental professionals are great,
however, the office staff is incompetent and unprofessional. They don’t respond to claims in a timely fashion nor do they enter claim information correctly. When I reached to resolve the matter, no one made themselves available to correct their error. I would avoid this practice at all costs, it’s not worth the headache.Wednesday 10th July 2024

Sela Teka1 StarAfter several calls and conversations about someone being placed under my account due to their error, I’m still getting appointment reminder for a Monett Graham. I’ve tried to notify them that I’m getting information I’m not supposed to get about someone else’s dental appointment information. They won’t fix their system. In fact the manager here said she’d delete my account and lose me as a patient than try and sort out the account issue and hence I’m not a client anymore. Shes very rude and unprofessional to say the least. To this day I get texts about this person who I’ve no clue who they are. Just makes me wonder similarly if they share my information to strangers too. And if this person continues to stay under my account, and maybe as a dependent, is she using my insurance benefit too? Who knows?! And of topic, i should say I really don’t like how the dentist assistant tries to convince your kids to get unnecessary treatment so as to put a pressure on the parent through the children. Unbelievable. No more.Tuesday 18th June 2024
