Nena Marie1 StarThe manager there in the dental department at this location decided to tell my dentist to drop me as a patient without any notice after referring me out to get root canals. I was due to come back to Mary center for crowns. They called me minutes after walking out from getting my root canals, letting me know that the dentist that was suppose to do my crowns doesn’t work there anymore. They left me high and dry and it’s been impossible to find another dentist with my insurance. They did not give proper notice , that’s illegal. They lied about the dentist no longer working there, illegal. I called asking for a reason , and was told I’d get a call back. Never got that. My mother called on my behalf weeks prior to my calling, and she has also yet to receive any call back. I will be getting a lawyer, as I feel discrimination is at play here. You drop Medicaid patients last minute leaving them vulnerable and in distress , then when they ask for answer you run.Monday 18th August 2025
K King1 StarCalled with an emergency dental issue. Given appointment 2 weeks later. Day before the appointment, got a call that “the dentist had an emergency tomorrow”. Rescheduled appointment was yet ANOTHER 2 weeks. However, I could walk-in and I “might be seen”! They are definitely not in the business of patient care! Don’t go to this practice. I wouldn’t take my dog to them and I don’t even have one!Friday 18th July 2025

Jay P2 StarGot a call from a representative about an appointment I had for Monday,Sept.15th @ 8:00am but they canceled it because they said my insurance is not valid, and my insurance is valid I'm using it now. That's it I had it with this place.Thursday 11th September 2025
