Dr. Nemati and her husband, Dr Davalloo have two beautiful sons, Kian and Kamron ages 6 and 4. In their spare time family enjoys vacationing at the beach, as well as riding bikes in the neighborhood and swimming at the local indoor pool.

This is a great office, I took my 16 year old son there for cleaning and check up. Front desk was very quick and responsive, I didn't have to wait too long for my appointment. Doctors were professional. Highly recommend it.

I have come here a few times and have not had any problems until today when I had to do my first fill in with them. Usually I am seen by Dr. Perasi Nemati but today the fill in was done by another female Doctor whom I don’t know her name because she never cared to introduce herself before working on me. I was just told to open wide. No “hello”, “no hi (patients name). Nothing. I understand it’s a busy clinic and I don’t expect 5 star service or the doctor to be with me for 30 minutes. But to have no compassion/ patient care ethic whatsoever to be able to even greet your patient is ridiculous. That wasn't what even ticked me off. What did it for me was that I was never explained what was being done. I was under the impression that I was getting 2 fill ins but apparently I was only getting 1. Nor was she explaining the process as she went. She didn't even give me a warning of when she was going to stick me with the needle… When I tried to speak to ask what the hell was going on and why I needed a needle or what it was even for I was told not to move and not to touch the clamp holding my mouth open preventing me from speaking. And the doctor just kept on going and injected the lidocaine. So if I wanted for her to stop or refuse service at this point, I would have not been able to… When she sat me up to speak I explained to her how her mannerism was anxiety inducing, as nothing was being explained, I didn't even know I would need a needle going into my mouth, and she didn't even introduce herself. She chuckled at the mention of her not introducing herself. This was when she explained that we were doing a fill in only on one side and not the other. She still didn't introduce herself nor did she explain what she was doing throughout the way Dentists and all healthcare providers are trained to do. In the end the Doctor left without asking me if I had any questions, let alone saying goodbye to me. The post procedure debrief was done by the assistant and all my questions had to be asked to the assistant. Thank fully she was very nice and knowledgeable. You could tell she actually enjoyed her job and was in it for the right reasons. Overall it was a very negative and dehumanizing experience as a patient. The best comparison is that I was treated as though I was one of those dummy's they practice on in nursing school. I can’t imagine what the kids go through especially with non english speaking parents that would struggle to advocate on their child's behalf. Ive never had to write a negative google review or even a review this long, but this experience was that alarming. As someone studying to enter the health field themselves this experience is very eye opening…

My experience at this office was phenomenal. I highly recommend you coming here. The doctors and staff are super nice and helpful , everything was explained to me clearly. I also took my 2 year old for the first time and she had the best experience, this is the best office to bring your kids!

I took our 4 year old kid for his first dental appointment, and everyone at Kidz & Family was so kind and professional! They chatted with him and seemed to genuinely like little kids, and he wasn’t scared at all. I’m so grateful!
