The Team was polite, courteous, and professional. The location was very clean, spacious, sanitized. Sarah1 StarOn my first visit after the technicians took x-rays of my teeth, I had to spend 30 minutes in the dentist chair waiting for Dr. Harding. When he came by he was very condescending, did little to explain dental issues in a way that is understandable to the common person, treated his staff poorly, and prescribed unrealistic solutions without getting a full understanding of the problem.
Dr. Harding said I had 7 cavities that required fillings but noted no other dental problems. He said that in order to not get cavities in the future, instead of flossing once a day I should be flossing after every single meal. This solution, while technically correct, is unrealistic for every typical working person. A professional should be trying to collect information to get the full picture of someone's dental habits and prescribe something that is achievable and helpful. For example, he didn't even ask how I was flossing or what I was using to floss. He didn't ask how much sugar or acidic drinks I was consuming.
I went to another dentist for a second opinion. They said that I had 2 cavities that required treatment and they were because of a crack in a crown that needed to be replaced. This dentist also figured out that my gums were inflamed and required treatment. Dr. Harding did not notice these 2 glaring issues.
I would encourage everyone who reads this to find another dentist in the area. As going to Dr. Harding will be both a deeply unpleasant experience as well as one that will end up costing you a lot of money and pain in the future when he inevitably misses glaring problems.Thursday 19th September 2024

Im gonna start off by saying the staff was 1000/10. -Ms. Takera is nothing but amazing patient friendly and very welcoming i had to make an emergency appointment and find a new dental place she talked me through everything thoroughly …. I felt like i was immediately treated like family …..very very professional……friendly quiet clean environment….. in all honesty im just glad i felt like an actual person talking to people who actually care and want to do their jobs!!!!!! so glad i found them ….. dont be embarrassed they got you!Friday 28th June 2024
