elizabeth abreu1 StarI will not be returning to this dental office. My first negative experience there was when I scheduled my very first appointment. They called a few days later to reschedule because the office was having a “training day”(should’ve been the first red flag). Then when I arrive for my first appointment, I noticed the front desk lady seem flustered. The poor front desk lady was arguing with, her boss I’m assuming, about the dentist and how they were not getting along... It all seemed messy but I stayed. Once my check up was complete, I was told I would receive an email with prices for the dental procedure that was recommended. I never received that email! Now I just got a text message saying that my appointment has been confirmed!!! What appointment? I did not schedule one nor am I planning to ever return to this dental office. Hotsligo Md1 StarMy last visit went bad. The dental asst. shouted "You're Late"... Visit went downhill after that. I let her know that her customer skills needed work. She shouted back that she doesn't take critizism from a bad customer... staff had to remove her... just avoid until they get a good office manager....Friday 2nd June 2023
Patricia1 StarI’m so disappointed with Dr Harding. After performing a filing on my teeth, he recommended crowns. But he went too deep and touched the nerve. I was in a lot of pain for more than 3 weeks. I ended up having a root canal. I don’t trust this dentist anymore, and he still dares to charge for his mistakeSaturday 10th August 2024
Morgan Venzant1 StarUpdate: A lot, if not all, the root canels that I have received from here have failed. My newer dentists found nerves that may have been missed during these procedures. I've spent so much money getting my root canels redone.

I think I've found my new dentist and this is an amazing feat being that I have lived in DC for almost 10 years and had yet to find a dentist that I could tolerate, much less liked. Dr. Harding is extremely nice and cares about the patient before anything else. His staff is awesome and professional as well. I highly recommend him for all your dentist needs and I plan to make him my dentist for as long as I am in the DMV area.Friday 10th March 2023
annie raney5 StarAbsolutely wonderful experience!! I had terrifying and painful experiences in the past. The staff and medical personal in THIS office were so friendly and encouraging. Dr. Kim is extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and has an awesome bedside/chairside manner. He patiently answered all my questions and reassured me without making me feel silly for my fears. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kim and his office to everyone! Trust me--I know what a bad dentist is....and Dr. Kim is the opposite--he is EXCELLENT! Love him, and trust him!! Thank you to Amy too-she was so pleasant, welcoming, and professional at the front desk! To sum up: No pain, lots of gain!!!Monday 13th April 2015
