I have been coming here for years and have dealt with their insane disorganization (misinformation, front desk mix-ups, canceling and rescheduling every single appointment I’ve ever booked) because up until recently, the dental care itself was fine. My recent appointment was bizarre. The dentist (she never introduced herself, don’t know her name) was 10 minutes late to my appointment. I was the first appointment of the day for reference. She began working on my teeth and had me suction for her because her assistant called out sick. She mentioned not knowing how to use something several times before skipping these steps and saying I’d “be good”. At one point she said she didn’t know why the drill was so fast and tested it on my tooth to see if I could stand the speed since she couldn’t slow it down. I told her it hurt, and her solution was to try it on a bigger tooth. This bigger tooth hurt for several days after my appointment (it was fine before my appointment). Because she couldn’t figure out how to slow down the drill and said she couldn’t work the x-ray machine, all she did was scrape my teeth clean and give me water to rinse. She asked me to come back in another day to get polished and get the x-ray I need. This appointment felt like a practical joke, and I feel extremely uncomfortable about the quality of care received. I will obviously not be returning. I wanted to give them a chance to rectify this privately but they have unsurprisingly not responded to my email. I will be recommending this office to my enemies.

I went to Friendship Smiles after having an emergency root canal. I was very blessed to get an appointment within a week. Though I’m still goin thru ongoing treatment bc I have a few issues to address, I’m very grateful and pleased with the services at this location. My experience with the front desk( Gloria) was very pleasant and I found her friendly and helpful. My dentist( Dr. Pass and Andres) they worked very hard and well together to address my issues. I found the process pretty pain less, and I honestly feel things are moving forward toward having a healthy smile! This place has given me hope to correct past dental issues.

My entire family have been going to Friendship Smiles for years. Dr Nawabi is friendly and really does pay attention. Gloria is the gentlest of assistants and is very helpful figuring out the insurance copays. We recommend Friendship Smiles!

My first time in this office was great ,staff were nice and helpful the doctor was very caring and explained every treatment to me. They worked with me financially since I am in a very tight budget. They did all my X-rays the same day I will definitely be referring them to all my friends and family.
