He effectively made a chipped tooth look whole again and minimized some spaces that were bothering me. The final result looked better than I ever expected! The staff is friendly, professional, and truly cares about their patients. The office is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly , answered all of my questions to help me understand everything. I really appreciated the service I was given.

I called about my situation, and explained what is going on. The person at the front desk asked if I’m doing cash or insurance. I told them my insurance and they said they don’t take it, that’s fine. When I was about to ask how much in cash, they hung up on me.

Dr. Colleen Lloyd is the best dentist I've been to yet. She's very professional, friendly, caring, gentle, patient, takes her time explaining her steps, and makes sure she asks the right questions of her patients. She's very personable as is the entire staff. From the receptionist, to the dental assistant, to Dr. Lloyd, and Dr. Jay I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. This is a family practice and they take family culture very serious so much so that they make you feel like you're apart of the family. I also appreciate that they are extremely accommodating. My 6-month appointment was made without my requesting, I was scheduled within 3-weeks to get a filling replaced because Dr. Lloyd was concerned that it cause me issues, and when I had a question that only Dr. Jay could answer, he made himself available to answer immediately and explained the process. I wish I would've found Dr. Lloyd, my adopted mom as I told her, much sooner. I highly recommend her and the practice to everyone.

Dr. Colleen Lloyd is the most gentlest, professional. She has had me laughing and pain-free through root canals, extractions and all. She is the best dental anesthesiologist I’ve EVER had ! Making the injection pain free and knowing exactly where to inject it. I’ve had few dentists in my 62 years that could come close to her expertise.

Dr. Colleen Lloyd has been our dentist since 2001. She is empathic and so gentle. The office is clean, sanitized, friendly, fun, and relaxing. If you are looking for a very thorough, meticulous, topnotch, and cost-effective dental experience, you will not be disappointed!!! My entire family, friends, and coworkers have been her patients for many years. She is definitely worth your time and money because when you get into her chair, you will have an experience of a lifetime.
