Deivanai Chidambaram1 StarThe professionalism of this practice is extremely poor. You will be treated well when you're a new patient, and after that it's downhill pretty fast. The headline is that they cancel appointments left and right to fit their own needs.
Here is a longer version of the story:
1. My husband had an appointment with them at 12:30pm.
2. They called the day before to reschedule his appointment at the end of the day (at 3pm) to move to 12pm the next day due to their own scheduling conflicts.
3. The next day, my husband called at 8:45am ~4x to confirm that the new time worked and no one answered. Then, he was told his appointment was cancelled.
4. Then, when we asked to reschedule - after speaking to someone on the phone for ~20 minutes, we were ghosted.
5. There was another time where they just didn't go through insurance and just cancelled the appointment suddenly because "they couldn't find the insurance".
Kind of hard to balance schedules with two working parents - and figuring out how to fit in our appointments. Totally disrespectful of our time. There's so many dental practices. Don't waste your time here.Tuesday 31st December 2024
Dorothy Jones1 StarI wanted to love this practice but I finally had to stop seeing them after several billing issues and the extended wait times for appointments/inability to reschedule appointments in less than a several months long wait time. The last bill which was from a service from two years prior (!!) I just paid directly as they failed to submit the claim timely within the insurer's one year timeline and therefore the insurer was denying the claim. After requests via email and over the phone, they couldn’t even be bothered to send me an invoice so I could use my HSA. Luckily, I’ve started with another of the myriad of local practices around and also with another Black dentist, and have received excellent service. I don't know why I waited so long. This is the first time I have ever written a review which tells you my level of disappointment with this practice.Thursday 14th November 2024

My first visit with Dr. Smith was very pleasant, he explained the treatments required to get my teeth back to good health. I am half-way through my treatments, the anxiety has lessened because, I haven't felt any pain. Also, I have never had to wait, the office is very respectful of your time. I am happy to finally have a dentist that provides good care and a pleasant bedside manner.Tuesday 20th August 2024
