Liz T5 StarI'm a long time patient and highly recommend this dentist. They are efficient and kind. I'm always in and out in 20-30 minutes and I really appreciate that they make it easy. Dr. Ebbs knows his stuff and always takes the time to talk to his patients. He even does the cleaning and doesn't have his assistants do it for him. As long as I live nearby I will continue to go to the Washington Dental Studio.Sunday 31st October 2021
Stephanie Palmer1 StarWhat they say about the horrible reception is true. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with disscontempt. When there was a misunderstanding about how to send my insurance information ahead of time, the receptionist was rude and confrontational. Poor customer service, especially in health care, is so unprofessional. I walked out and decided to find a new office.Thursday 18th April 2024
LK1 StarTrash for receptionists. Previously they cancelled my apt. because an expired dental insurance card on file. I told them they could call and verify that everything was current and then they finally did. So then I had another apt. booked and one of the women (Erica?) called me at like 7:20 in the morning (not an acceptable hour to be calling people) to cancel another apt. with Dr. Ebbs, saying he had some emergency that day. So they've canceled on me twice and now won't answer their phone or return my calls. Trash for receptionists. I'm finding a new dentist.Wednesday 1st June 2022
Theveline Felix1 StarDo not go to the Washington Dental Studio unless you want your work done incorrectly. I got fitted for my crown and I thought we were off to a good start. They gave me a temporary crown to hold me over, which fell out 2 hours later after I took every precaution to make it stay in. So I had to go 6 days without a tooth in my mouth to wait for the permanent crown to come in. When I went back for my next appointment to get them to put the permanent crown in they had ordered the wrong one and had to put another temporary one in until the correct crown arrived. So now I go back a third time and am excited to finally get my permanent crown and the dental assistant begins my procedure to only look and the teeth are wrong again. This time I was infuriated because I had to go through the whole plaster process again so they could get the size right this time. So I go back a fourth time and they finally have the "right size" permanent crown. It felt weird in my mouth but I was so tired of going back after the 4th time I went along with it and just decided I would go with another dentist for my next check-up. When I switched dentists, they inform me that the crown is indeed fitted wrong and there is a gap between my gums and my crown which could lead to future decay. I called the Washington Dental Studio for 6 months straight explaining my issue with their work and they dragged me along every step of the way with bad customer service, attitudes, and lies about getting a refund for the incorrect work they'd done. Moral of the story they need all new dental assistants at this location you make a mistake once but 4 times that's unacceptable. I guess they are never held accountable that's why it keeps happening. I called this morning and the front desk lady Kimberly Limes has no compassion for the customer she answered said the name of the company and then hold please I was on hold for 20 minutes and when she came back to the phone she was very very rude. If Dr. Ebbs doesn't get her and all the other mistakes out soon he will lose business.Thursday 12th November 2020
Sadrul Chowdhury1 StarThe first set of dentures they made didn’t fit. So the doctor took my impressions again and made a second set. That didn’t fit either. So the doctor gave me yet another appointment and subsequently canceled it without explanation. When I called his office to see why my appointment was canceled, his assistant rudely blamed me for not taking delivery of the two dentures (which didn’t fit!). Bad service coupled with rude staff - stay away from Dr Ebbs at Washington Dental StudioTuesday 16th March 2021
