I went to this office years ago when I was dealing with health issues. During that time I started to deal with dental problems and was told I had several cavities from another dentist. I came here because I could afford it. The dentist said there were no cavities which was a lie and he then proceeded to shave my teeth down because he thought maybe my bite was off, which made things worse. So I paid $1,000 to get the real issues fixed. Then he told me to go to pharmacy school and prescribe my own medicine when I asked if I could take a like for of antibiotics since I couldn’t swallow pills at the time. Heartbreaking..

I never write reviews but I just have to for Confident Smiles. They are amazing! 1) All the staff are so incredibly nice, welcoming, and professional 2) Dr. Gilliam is amazing; he's so funny and down to earth and makes you feel comfortable and most importantly, does excellent work. He is also efficient and timely 3) The prices are significantly cheaper than any other dentist I've ever been to. I have finally found a permanent dentist and will recommend this place to everyone. 4) Lastly, the facility is very clean and neat

Dr. Gilliam was amazing!! He was so calm and patient with my three year old son bouncing off the walls. It was the most fun he's had at the dentist. It was a very stress free experience for me as a parent. I was so impressed with his work with my son that I came in for an appointment myself. Dr. Gilliam was extremely gentle and helped me to have a pain free experience. It looks like we have a new family dentist. I highly recommend Confident Smiles.

My visit at Confident Smiles was straightforward and professional. I came in ten minutes before my appointment, was seated immediately after filling out paperwork. Destiny!!!! my dental hygienist was extremely welcoming and efficient, while also providing educational tips to help with my teeth. She was so thorough that the dentist did not have to do any additional work. Vanessa at their front desk helped schedule my next visit and was friendly. For someone who usually is extremely anxious prior to and during dentist appointments, all staff made me calm and confident, and I definitely won’t hesitate to go to them in the future. Clean and COVID precautions in place. On top of all this, they take insurance and are minority lead; makes you feel comfortable as a patient to see diversity in staff and people that look like you.

I am terrified of the dentist due to a bad experience. Dr. Gilliam made me feel so at ease and the staff members were just as great. Before the procedure, Dr. Gilliam throughly explained the treatment and asked me if there was anything more that he could do to make me feel more comfortable. During the procedure, Dr. Gilliam was confident, quick, and gentle which eased my anxiety! I only wish that I had found your office much sooner. I will definitely come back and recommend you to all who are looking for a dentist.
