“Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world.” Nelson Mandela. According to the doctor who examined my husband, he would "only order antibiotics if I have to use my tools." At first, I was concerned because years ago my oral surgeon prescribed antibiotics as a preventative measure during some tooth extraction procedures and explained why. However, after conducting my own research, I discovered that not all tooth extractions require antibiotic treatment. Anyway, antibiotics were ordered because my husband ended up needing sutures. According to my husband, the oral surgeon was kind and very attentive to him; he wants to continue receiving care from him. It is essential for providers to educate patients and their families about certain protocols and practices because education can help relieve fears and it empowers a person. I am grateful for the education the oral surgeon provided. My husband was seen by Dr. Hill and we highly recommend him. 🏆👍🏿 The practice could improve their customer service experience by teaching their staff to introduce themselves (name & title). One staff said hello and asked us to follow her to the exam room. Another staff entered the room saying, “Hi” and asked my husband to sign the insurance papers. The lady who escorted us to the exam room, was proper enough to meet me in the waiting area after the procedure and shared with me my husband’s care plan; she did well. The BEST experience was the male receptionist!!

Dr. Nesvaderani, Dr. Sannaa and the entire staff at 1 Bethesda Dental Center and Chevy Chase Dental Center have gone above and beyond to provide excellent patient care and created a smile I absolutely love! From start to finish, the doctors and staff have been friendly, professional and welcoming. Truly a “family style” practice with top quality results and dental care! Would 100% recommend!

They are so friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure you feel at ease. Dr. Sana and the entire team are top-notch professionals who really know their stuff.
