cherene Bryan1 StarI tried to schedule an appointment for my wife and was told by the lady who answered the phone that I could not one because it was against HIPPA Laws. I was shocked because I work in a pharmacy since October 8, 2008 and we have to certify every year and I know that I can give my wife's name and schedule a date. She insinuated that I may kill my wife if I know the date that she is schedule because of seem incident years ago. This lady was rude and uneducated about the law. At a later date I asked her if I could make an appointment for my son since I would have to give his information. My wife is from another country and English is not her native tongue. I was glad that I did not get the appointment because I believe this lady would have some interaction with my wife and son. I took them to my dentist while further away is much nicer and more professional than this lady who does not understand how HIPAA actually works. I informed her how it works and I was not asking for any information. And for the record I do not want to kill my wife as this employee insinuated.Thursday 10th October 2024
Genn S Barry5 StarVisited the office for the first time today. I am normally so nervous at the dentist, but not today! Dr. Baptiste and all of her staff are incredibly attentive and sweet. I felt cared for and ready to deal with my teeth without feeling guilty or shamed. Highly recommend and I am excited to continue my care here!Wednesday 30th September 2020
elunda fletcher1 StarBEWARE. The office manager, Tracy is very unprofessional. They setup an appointment for my mother for new dentures and treatment for gum disease but when she showed up to her appointment, they stated that they were still waiting for insurance authorization for her dentures. When Tracy was asked about when the medical insurance authorization was sent, she stated that she did not know when it was sent and that they have 4 people leaving the office. Tracy stated that they do not check the status of insurance authorization after they submit it. My mother's appointment was made a month prior. Tracy stated that they would call my mother when they receive authorization but stated that they would not call her insurance to check the status of her authorization. How would the office know that her insurance company receive her clinicals if they do not call to follow up?Thursday 1st June 2023

After seeing a few dentists in New Jersey I take the ride a few times a year for myself and my family just for the BEST dental care there is! The drive is well worth it! Ava Omer5 StarFantastic newly renovated office! This office has all the bells and whistles. I hate needles so I was given the option of having my filling done with no anesthesia thanks to their new laser. The laser worked great, I was very pleased. Dr. Baptiste and staff were professional and kind. They really helped to alleviate my fears. I will definitely be back.Saturday 8th August 2020
