There was extensive paperwork that needed to be completed upon arrival which took a lot of time. The paperwork should have been shared ahead of time and had the ability to complete it electronically. That would make operations more efficient for the practice. That leads to my next point. I was seen 50 minutes after the time of my appointment. It is clear that DR. Augusto knows what he is doing and i trust his expertise, however I would like to see some efficiencies put into place to make the experience less frustrating.

I had a great experience with my periodontal treatment with Dr. Araujo. I need to go back for the second part of the treatment. I have a periodontal disease and I went to Dr. Araujo for a deep cleaning. My mouth was numb and during the procedure I didn’t feel any pain at all, even hours after the procedure's. I can feel the difference and I highly recommend Dr. Araujo to my family and friends!

Dr. Araujo and his staff are excellent. No one enjoys going to the dentist but he put me at ease with his kindness and professionalism. I have been treated by him about 5 times and I have not had any problems, either with the visit or billing. His staff is friendly and professional and I will be referring my friends and co-workers to him. He cares about his patients and is not condescending when he talks to you. There is also good parking in the building so you don't have to worry about that.

Dr. Araujo is amazing always. He continues to be awesome and terrific and while visiting the doctor's office is never "fun", it is ever so important and Dr. Araujo and his staff are the BEST! I have been a patient for four years now and I am never leaving unless I move out of the area.
