I can’t say enough great things about Aesthetic & Family Dentistry of Washington and Dr. Yelena Obholz! From the moment I walked in, the experience was amazing. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming—they made check-in so easy and stress-free. The assistants were equally wonderful, super pleasant, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Obholz is truly exceptional. She’s not only professional and knowledgeable but also has such a gentle and caring approach. Everything was explained clearly, and the entire process was quick, painless, and honestly enjoyable (which is not something I ever thought I’d say about going to the dentist!). The level of professionalism combined with the warm, inviting atmosphere makes this office stand out. I’m so glad I found them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch dental care.

I’ve been a loyal patient of this practice for 20 years, but after my most recent visit, I’m feeling really let down. Due to the heavy traffic caused by the return-to-office policies in the area, I arrived a little late. Instead of offering some understanding, I was hit with a $77 cancelation fee. As a long-time patient, I expected more empathy or flexibility. It’s really disappointing because I’ve always had positive experiences here in the past, but this situation left a sour impression. I hope the practice can reconsider how they handle these types of situations, especially for patients who’ve been loyal for decades. A little empathy could go a long way.

Unfortunately due to a recent move I had to leave my old dentist. After reading numerous positive reviews about AESTHETIC & FAMILY DENTISTRY, I decided to schedule a cleaning and judge for myself. Wow! The experience from beginning to end was absolutely FIVE STARS worthy! Everyone I encountered during my visit was friendly and knowledgeable. I even received a tour of the practice. Most importantly, my cleaning was one of the best one I’ve ever had. Needless to say, I’ve definitely found my new dental practice.

I had a bad experience at a previous dentist where they did not pay attention to my oral care nor inform me about issues. The staff reviewed my previous X-rays beforehand and had an idea of the current state of my teeth. They also checked to see if more radiographs would be covered by my insurance plan before proceeding, which I felt was extremely considerate. They went over my radiographs with me and allowed me to see the changes in my teeth and why certain treatments would be needed. EVERYTHING was explained very well. It was frustrating to learn about what my previous dentist overlooked, but I am now very happy to be in such capable hands! Maria, my hygienist, was very thorough with my cleaning. She was also very knowledgeable, answered my questions, and prepared me for my discussion with Dr. Jung. Nevenka made sure to get perfect photos of my teeth. She was accommodating and patient as I had to take a phone call during the service. The treatment plan was made clear and Dr. Jung had a balanced approach, focusing on the most problematic areas first. I inquired about Invisalign also, and they recommended I wait until after the main dental work is complete. They prioritize health, and also do things that just make sense! All of the staff here were a delight, in addition to being good at what they do! I have already told my family to step on over to the better side of dentistry. I look forward to making this place my dental home. **I was able to schedule my first appointment and follow up within a very short time to quick time frame. Happy to not have to wait 3 months for care.

What an amazing facility with equally amazing professionals who treat you like close friends and family! Had a broken molar and Aesthetic @ Family Dentistry insisted on seeing me as soon as I could come in, no matter their full schedule! Upon arrival, I received a warm welcome from Byron at the front desk who insured my comfort while I waited. While I was waiting, I was provided a tour of the facility and the technologies at-hand. This is the first time I've ever been provided a tour of a dental office and they clearly take pride in their facility! Armando was my primary Dental Assistant and he is a very calm, reassuring, and cheerful person to have around! I also met Dental Assistants Maria, Karla, and Nevenka during my visit (did I mention they had a full schedule and were prioritizing my care?) who were all very wonderful and caring! The technology at this dental facility is pretty impressive from the digital x-rays taken right from the dental chair to the intra oral camera they used to examine the rest of my teeth and show me some other concerns that needed attention, on the wall monitor. Aside from my broken molar, I also had cracks in my other molars and the plan of action was clearly described to me. The fact that this office was able to mill three crowns and Dr. Obholz was able to fix those molars in a single afternoon is absolutely mind-blowing and is a testament to the skills and experience she possesses. On top of that, I had some bad staining on my teeth and Dental Hygienist Destini took the time to give my teeth a thorough cleaning and remove the staining before I departed. I also met Nina the Office Manager and Dr. Greenwood, one of the other dentists, who are equally amazing. The common theme in meeting all of these people was how friendly and welcoming they all were, as if I was an old friend! The atmosphere is amazing, the technology is mind-blowing, and the skills shown by everyone were all very impressive! Thank you, Dr. Obholz and Aesthetic & Family Dentistry team!!
