I LOVE ADVENTURE DENTAL. My kids were at a Dentist in SS that had a fancy office etc. However in my opinion they were not supportive of my son being Autistic and were trying to charge me $300-$400 for a disabled child for a teeth cleaning. Enter Adventure Dental on Georgia Ave...lovely well trained staff. Everyone @Adventure Dental is kind, understanding and patient first oriented. They worked with my son and his Autism and helped calm him without force. They let him sit where and how he wanted to sit to examen his teeth but not make him uncomfortable or forced. They checked his teeth and did the cleaning. Unless they are short staffed they usually run on time. Great practice!

Everything was good until the manager gave me a response really mad… she should answer properly and not the way she did so unprofessional. I believe because she has no take her lunch…. I was with my kid when she let her know her crew that she’s going to take her lunch it was 2:20 pm better managed of time probably won’t not make her so upset and be so mad with parents of kids… I was there since 1:20 pm it was 2:15 pm I was asking if I can sign up.. because when I got there everyone was on lunch… That’s all……. And she just replied that if I don’t like it I should schedule another appointment…. After the wait? I not respond because I not going to discuss with a person that clearly can see that is sooo mad or upset even other parents was like ?????? Just stay silent.. because she is the manager doesn’t mean that she needs to scare others… Better manage and customer service is what this place needs.

If you love your kids and you don't like wasting your time.. stay away from this place. I decided to take my kid to different place to get his braces. They are very unprofessional, they took my kid back without me, they told me to wait in the waiting room. He said they were very rude to him while taking pictures of his teeth. They made my kid come get me from the waiting area. When we went to the room the dental assistant was very unprofessional doing his exam. She told me we would need to come back to do xray because their machine was down unless I would like to wait until they fix it. I was so frustrated I just decided to give up. My kids get their yearly cleaning at a different place and we love it.. I only came here to get consultation for braces and NEVER coming back.

Today we've been waiting for almost an hour and a half for a cleaning, and recently we were told there's only one woman cleaning, so it's going to be slow. In my opinion, they could have rescheduled us, but they wouldn't waste so much of our time.

My daughter had an appointment here and had cavities that could have been filled at her appointment after telling them the tooth was bothering her! instead they decided to tell her to come back to get them filled because they were ready to leave for the day. The next appointment availability isn’t until NOVEMBER. Why would you all expect someone to walk around with pain for months!? We had to make an emergency appointment elsewhere.
