Amazing experienced! The dental hygienist did a really thorough job! The fluoride treatment was exactly the price I was told before my appointment. The staff didn’t try to sell anything to me and had all the information of what my insurance did and didn’t cover. I will definitely be returning here.

I love my new dentist Dr Mesfin and dental hygienist Aminata. I received a warm welcome and everyone there was courteous. I was promptly attended to, so I didn't have to wait long. My cleaning was wonderful because they were professional and gentle and I absolutely loved the calming, relaxing silent video playing in front of with breathtaking views of Costa Rica's beauty and nature. Can't wait to go back and I've never said that about a visit to the dentist :-)

TITLE! WOW! PRECISE, EFFECTIVE, FRIENDLY, RELAXING! So guess what! on Saturday 7/5/25 after flossing I noticed my filling fell out, I have all the tools to look at my teeth to make sure there’s no cavities ect! I had one root canal and learned that’s all I ever wanted, so I do my best to avoid cavities! Now I have been going to this dental office for over a year basically for cleanings my insurance changed so I adjusted but I really like the place very modern friendly staff super clean good music new dental technology! My last dentist was good but old so very old school. So after my I noticed my filling broke I called 202 dental to make an emergency appointment, on Monday 7/7/25 the receptionist called and asked me questions about what happened and the level of pain I have, after the call she scheduled me in for 10am and immediately went to resolving my issue the receptionist was great the dental assistant was very friendly and Dr Sona was awesome, she immediately addressed the issue and fixed my fillings! Fast, knowledgeable, effective! I’m am very pleased! And feel better! teeth hygiene and health is very important to me! I really like this place and I recommend it to all!

Will never be coming back. The machine for the x-ray was either not working or the hygienist Amena did not set it up right, making her take repeated scans that all were blurry (requiring us after 10 min of trying to mess with the machine to eventually move to another machine). But that was far from the worst part. Her attitude was the worst I have ever experienced. My wife simply asked for her to pause for one moment while she was starting the cleaning. And this hygienist quickly got frustrated at the thought my wife would like for a sign to show if she was feeling discomfort or pain (which anyone would want). The hygienist proceeded to get frustrated, and as far as I could tell never spent any time to think about what was actually being asked. She continued to interrupt my wife, berate her, and eventually just got up and walked out without saying a word! My wife asked for a simple sign to note when she is feeling pain or discomfort. I have never seen something like this before. After she walked out, we packed up our bags and left immediately. However, the front desk staff were very kind and emailed us the imaging in a timely fashion.

Incredible service! Scheduled me quickly after a disastrous chipped tooth emergency. Dr. Mesfin was a first-class professional and fixed me up in no time. Extremely grateful to find a reliable dentist in a new city!
